CHANGE TO SURGERY TIME : SEPTEMBER WEEKEND

The Muirkirk, Mauchline and Hurlford surgeries on 18 September 2009 have been moved to the next week, 25 September 2009 at the usual times.

The Kilmarnock and Auchinleck surgeries on 19 September 2009 have been moved to 26 September 2009 at the usual time.

 

CHANGE TO 2 AND 3 OCTOBER 2009 SURGERIES

Friday 2 October moved to Friday 23 October and Saturday 3 October moved to Saturday 24 October 2009

All are at the same venues and times.

Do you hold regular surgeries throughout the year?

Yes

Where do you advertise your surgeries?  

Local newspapers and publications, posters in local shops and community centres, website including links from other websites and by handing out leaflets

How many surgeries do you hold during summer recess? 

13 surgeries each month throughout the year except in August

Do you personally attend all surgeries during the summer recess period? 

Generally, however owing to diary conflicts I was unable to attend surgeries the morning of 3/9/09 and the morning of 4/9/09

Do you hold surgeries by appointment?

Yes, as well as drop in surgeries, and offer appointments including home visits out with surgery time

Do you have a public diary? If so where do you publish this information?

No for obvious security reasons
